Help! I keep staying up until 3am every night and feel like a zombie during the day...

I also have a 1.5 year old. I’m so thankful that my amazing hubby takes care of him for me so I can sleep in.

This is just horrible though! It’s like my brain won’t shut off at night. I sleep in until 11:30-1pm. I eat. I feel like crap the entire day and feel exhausted. I have no energy. I say “today I’m going to go to bed early” but then I end up staying up later and later each day!!!

Any ideas on how I can stop this? I honestly have been feeling a bit depressed lately...I do also suffer from anxiety. I’m not sure if the two or tied with this or not?
