Bleeding

I had really slight spotting yesterday when I wiped, like very little and it was pinkish brown. i wasn’t too worried but I had sex with my husband last night and after that there was more brown blood. This morning I woke up and took a test, it’s still positive but I noticed my sore breasts and bloating were gone and there was more blood. still very light but it was red. I feel cramping, like period cramps and I’m pretty sure that this is the end of my pregnancy. My husband and I were so excited but I did warn him that it was still really early. I’m not looking forward to the next week and I’m just really sad. praying it’s just from having sex but preparing for the worst 😔 and no doctors will see me right now because i am technically only 7 weeks along and this is “part of the process”
