Slowly coming on? TMI!

So yesterday and today I've had penny sized discharge when wiping or in my knickers... And then I had the sudden urge to go to the toilet! And it was just diarrhoea 😖 I don't know if this is the start of something but I'm only 35 weeks and 4 days... And the doctors think I have obstetric cholestatis so I may be induced in a week or so they're hoping, as it can cause premature birth or worse, she's been wriggling a little today and my back is a little bit sore is their any advice anyone can give me at all or am I just panicking?
