Periods after mc

So I had my first period starting on 3.2.20 and then a positive opk on 3.16.17 along with ewcm so should have ovulated 3.17.20 which would make me 15dpo today and 2 days late according to glow and another app. Still have bfn but I have sore breasts and nauseous and cramping like af is coming but the cramping has been happening for a week now.

My question is, can periods not be on track right away and be different lengths after a miscarriage for a couple months?
