STOP COVERING IT. You’re creating a dark warm moist environment for it to NOT heal. Soak in salt water twice a day and use an antibacterial ointment.

Hi. I agree, keep it uncovered. Use some epsom salt and hot water and soak it twice a day. Use an antibacterial ointment to rub around it in between soaks. I’m a RN, just so you know there is some credential there lol

Agree with the others. Or doesn’t look infected, just wet. Keep it open to air. If it gets red, swollen, has pus draining, etc, then you would be concerned about infection.

Let it dry out don’t cover it sweetie and give it a couple more days. If it doesn’t start healing over and it gets red and irritated then maybe try to go😞 I’m sorry and I pray it goes away.🙏🏼💜
