Anxiety, I need suggestions !

Hey girls, I have been having really bad anxiety lately. Any tips on helping me cope better? I usually can distract myself by watching a movie, playing games on my phone, etc. But it isn’t helping this time around. I constantly feel uneasy, nauseas, nervous, shaky and on the verge of crying. It’s weird, I think about my breathing when I am anxious and it makes it 10x worse because I tell myself I can’t breathe and begin to panic..

Any kind words and tips would be much appreciated! I don’t have many people to talk to about this.
