IUD and sex concerns.

Hey so I just got the Mirena put in two days ago. I know that it’s not gonna be in effect till another month and I’m not experiencing any issues. The bad cramps are already gone by the second day. I am just wondering if it’s safe to have passionate sex with the Mirena. I know it’s a little bigger than most IUD’s and I’m really worried about it getting displaced during sex with my partner. I just want to know if anyone has had any issues with it getting messed up because of Intercourse?
