Someone please help.

I cant decide what to do about birth control. I've talked to the nurse and I still dont know. I've been taking the mini pill for a year while breastfeeding and I take it flawlessly. It's the best birth control I've ever been on and I have no side effects. But I know it's slightly less effective than the regular pill especially when you arent BF and that scares me because I absolutely do not want another baby. My other option is Sprintec which is safe while I wean but it makes me nauseous and anxious. But like i said I absolutely dont want another baby. Condoms arent an option when my husband and I have to use condoms we just dont have sex and that might be ridiculous but it just ruins it for us and we've tried so many brands and such. Implants and IUD are also not an option. I have scar tissue from an iud and more side effects I wont go into. Literally those 2 pills are my only option someone help me decide.
