Anyone with biblical knowledge who isn’t homophobic?

Question

I am looking for some clarity about what people say in regards to sexuality as well as other gender norms. I’m not familiar with the Bible, so if you can pinpoint some verses or make any points about the following topics, I’d appreciate that. Note: I don’t believe these things. I’m just wondering how to respond to people who say these things. 
- It’s a sin for a man and another man to be in a sexual relationship (same with women)
- A man with long hair is a dishonor to him
Just some things I’ve heard recently and would like to be more informed on

I can't see why anyone who reads the Bible would be against long hair. Sampson had long hair. God literally asked him to.
As to the other statement, the old testament definitely specifically prohibits any sexual act outside of marriage. Marriage itself (Bible-wise) seems weird to a lot of people today, since it wasn't about love. It was a necessity that arranged for financial and cultural care of women and children. So two men or two women in a relationship weren't considered a marriage because there aren't biological children or financially dependent partners involved.
All those 'silly' rules in Leviticus and Deuteronomy are easily understand with a little context. The Children of Israel, in the eyes of God, were just that. Children. He had to insert himself into every aspect of their lives just to keep them alive. We know to wash our hands, and not touch dead things, and not listen to every snake oil seller who comes by, but these concepts had to be spelled out individually to preserve God's children. Unclean animals were commonly diseased, unclean people had infectious diseases, and unclean actions put people at risk, either from bad business or bad health. 
Sorry for the long post with no actual scriptures, but I guess the basic idea is that the old law is gone because we wash our hands now. It's too bad the cultural taboos still linger.

There are a lot of scriptures that talk about sexual immorality being a sin(Colossians 3:5), but it is made abundantly clear that all there is no unforgivable sin. It’s no different than any other sin than anyone commits on a daily basis. Some people make the Bible into a confusing thing and they hurt people with their twisted ideas, but the truth that nothing we do can change God’s unconditional love for us. (Romans 8:38-39). Yeah it’s a sin, but He’s called the great fucking physician for a reason. He came to love and save the screwed up people not the people who have their act together. That’s all I’ve got to say abt that. 
Also, side note that has nothing to do with this, I hate when preachers or Christians or whatever make Christianity boring. It takes an idiot to take something as outrageous as the gospel of Jesus and make it boring. For the love of God please do not make it boring.

Most of my family is pretty religious but I also have like 4 cousins that are Queer so everyone is chill about that. My most religious friend and i have had conversations about it and he basically said Jesus says to love all and not judge but he “doesn’t agree” with it, like if he needed to vote between two identical candidates and one was pro-lgbt+ and one was anti-lgbt+ he would vote for the latter. Either way he wouldnt directly do anything against lgbt people. (This conversation while he’s fully aware that I identify as pan)

David and Jonathan were gay. Ruth and Naomi were gay. If they insist on reading the stories of these Talmudic heroes as just straight people being good friends, they need to question their need to force heterosexuality into every narrative. They will do a lot of mental gymnastics to continue believing that there were no queer heroes in scripture, but that's them bringing what they already need to believe to a text that far predates their dependence on what they emotionally need to believe.
