So scared

I live in constant fear of getting covid-19 to the point I stare at my son all night worried and just scared out of my mind. We are following all procedures with hand washing/sanitizing. But I live in a household with people who have essential jobs that have to work... grocery, psw, and salmon factory... I know they understand about being safe in this time but I’m terrified that we are going to get it as it’s all around us and we now have community spread in our area. If anyone is around 21 and has experienced this please share the experience and what you did to soothe!! I want to be prepared if I get it as I need to be around for my son...
