Hey girls, I'm wondering if I could have people comment their weight loss before and after pics please?
I'm asking because after spending a year loosing 30kg (about 66pound) in 2017, I've recently since this past Christmas period, been gaining back.
I think I've gained back about 10kg.
So I'm really lost for motivation.
