Infertility

I'm starting to think I'm infertile because I haven't gotten pregnant and my partner and I have been trying for 3 months. I take fertility pills and everything and nothing, my OB appointment keeps getting pushed back due to the corona virus and I'm frustrated because I want to know why I went get pregnant I want then to check me out and the longer I wait I just fear he will leave me if I dont get pregnant.
