Period longer than usual...

Hi! This is my first time posting here and wouldn't usually ask somethimg like this online but I would really like an explanation or suggestions as to why my period hasn't stopped, it's been more than a week with it and today I woke up feeling dizzy (it doesn't stop) and more tired than usual...

Has it ever happened to any of you before?

I don't know if it has to do with it but now that we are quarantined my uni classes have been changed to fully online and there is school work non-stop.
