Whyyyy?? Bleeding every two weeks 😤😩😔

I have been bleeding every two weeks, for a few months...I will have the absolute most painful cramps for two days before my “actual” period (every 28-30 days) starts and then bleed heavy for 3-4 days with most every terrible symptom subsiding. Two weeks later...I’m spotting. There isn’t the cramps and sore boobs then but the emotional side that comes with af is definitely there. 😒 it’s so draining! There are more days of the month I am emotionally off than not lately and I can feel it, I hate it. Anyone else experienced this? I’m really just curious. I am not sure it s worth it to go IN to the Dr. during these times but I will be calling Monday for sure. I’m 35, have had cyst before, one child who is about to be 15 😢, and have had my tubes tied (no clue what if anything could play into this experience)
