Confused

Hi so I have the Kyleena IUD, I haven’t had a period since December then in January I had a few days of dark brown extremely light (one panty liner a day) bleeding and then no period. In February I had a blood test just to be sure and it was negative so the doc checked my strings and everything seemed fine. No period in March and then two days ago I had cramps and when I wiped once there was extremely light pink discharge and then the next night when I wiped there was bright red blood so I put in a disc. This morning there was barely any in the disk and since then Nothing. I am so confused on what is happening. Has anyone with a kayleena iud had this? Any advice?
