Ringworm or eczema?

Thankyou everyone for your input but I'm pretty sure it's eczema. It's almost completely gone now! :)

Little back story, hes been suffering from eczema on his arms and legs for the past few months and fucidin cream seemed to help but I've been using zeroderm emoliant religiously and it's keeping it at bay (although not completely going). And he woke up this morning with this patch on his foot which looks abit like ringworm but I'm guessing it's just another patch of eczema? Doctors are obviously emergency appts only so going to leave it unless It gets considerably worse. Thankyou :)
