TTC with Endometriosis and a blocked tube

I'm 27 and was diagnosed with Endo at 19. I've done several rounds of depot lupron and continuous bcp's. I had another laparoscopy this past spring that showed one of my tubes is blocked but the other is fully open. The doctor doesn't think I will have a problem getting pregnant, but I've been filled with dread that I never will. Has anyone else had similar problems and how did it work out for you?
