hair growth shampoo?????? Or literally anything

Hi!

So I have a thyroid problem and I have been losing my hair for almost a year now but it’s really been falling out lately. But with the virus and stuff going on I haven’t been able to see a doctor to get my meds adjusted and I just can’t wait until I’m bald to do something. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations or if they’ve had hair loss and if there was anything that helped them!
