Neighbors not social distancing EDIT

So many of my neighbors are just all hanging out in the front yard of their houses together and it pisses me off. I went for a walk and saw 6 cars at a neighbors house they had maybe 15 people or more in the driveway hanging out. My other neighbor is still going out daily on 4 wheeler rides with another neighbor. Neighbors meet up for group walks of like 8 people making it hard to avoid them if I'm walking, I always have to turn around to keep distance.

Do I call the police?

Since some of you are confused:

We are still allowed to go for walks, but not in large groups/ people we don't live with.

Also the 4 wheeling neighbor is out with other neighborhoods and they are hanging out when they are off the bikes talking not 6ft apart.
