Should I be worried ????

Hey, I hope everyone is keeping safe during this time ❤️❤️ I recently got my copper iud and I just got my first period (it came a few days early) and my period is absolutely normal, I felt for my strings just before my period and they were there and I’m worried cause I’ve been reading multiple horror stories about how women’s periods turn to hell after i still have a light flow as I did before and my cramps are still the same pain level as before should I be worried or am I just the one percent that doesn’t experience horrid side effects ???
