Pregnant

I randomly tested today, because my skin is changing. This happened when I was pregnant with my son and I got a BIG FAT POSITIVE 🥺🤭😭🥴 idk what to do I’m so lost and just in shock.

Hubby and I are still together, we have our own place. Love our son unconditionally!!!! He will be 2 in May. 🎉 He was planned! This pregnancy is no where near planned.🤦🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️ We wanted to work on saving this year and not live pay check to pay check. I planned on going back to school and finish up nursing, and him as well for his major. I’m so lost
