When should one start drinking it and how much?
Is there a brand anyone recommends?

They say that it can help with tearing,whenever you give birth. And some say that it can help ripen your cervix. I don’t know if it really helps with all that but you’re supposed to start drinking it around 35/36weeks

It’s a tea that promotes uterine health. It’s recommended to start around 32 weeks. Or you could start earlier after the first trimester but stick to a cup a day. I’ve been drinking the yogi brand because it’s 100% raspberry leaf. I didn’t want it mixed with other herbs. You definitely don’t want just plain raspberry
