What to do

Hey all so I live with my bf and I stopped taking birth control in February because I wanted to see if that was worsening my depression, or if my depression is just that bad (I take antidepressants and they became less effective). Well we had sex probably 4-5 times throughout a couple weeks and everything was fine, we used condoms and everything.

Well my period is 4 days late and he told me he thinks one of those times, the condom broke.

Is it normal to be 4 days late?? I had my March period (first one since stopping birth control), but my April one is late.

Is it possible that my period is just not regular because of stopping BC? Or from the changes due to this Covid stay home thing?

I still feel light cramps like it may come soon but I’m just worried and I didn’t know if stopping BC can make your period irregular?
