Question / advice

So I have a question on my lower right side there’s no pain or anything but a very like weirder feeling and Ik your  appendix are there it’s like kinda a gas bubble feeling an I have been constipated idk if it has sum to do with that at all but I only feel like the little ball feeling when I’m flat on my stomach laying down I don’t feel it any other time besides laying on my stomach if anyone has like an idea of what it could be that’d help me my mom said I could be like a cyst on my ovaries that it’ll go away she got them before an was fine but I just wanted someone other than like my moms opinion
