TTC after MC 7mos

Need advice ladies. Sept2019 I had my first MC after 2 births. I'm 36 yrs old. I had couple weird cycles. One 42 days apart the next was 30 days. I finished 9 days ago. Last night I started spotting and it's a little more today. I dont need anything like pads or tampons. My concern is am I pre menstrual, could it be ovulation bleeding, implantation bleeding etc.... I never had any cycle issues until my MC. We are trying for a 3rd and final baby. I'm afraid my baby days are over. Any advice ladies..... This is exactly how I did back in September 2019. 8days after cycle finished I started spotting and it lasted 2wks with 2 days having heavy heavy gushes that lasted 10mins than back to spotting. Could I be possibly having another early MC?
