Pls help 😭

So over 2 weeks ago i have clogged hearing in both ears then in 1 then in the other and the dull headache on one side then in the other. Then 4 days ago i had like a dull pain on the right side of my head and like sinus pressure (and it hurts to press my sinuses). However i also woke up with no appetite and just heavy nausea and exhaustion. And now I’ve been waking up every morning with this “anxious” tummy and then shortly after i eat (i kinda have to force myself to) i get like just this overwhelming feeling of tiredness and nausea and i just have to ly down but then poof! It goes away! My body temp kinda rises to a 99 but then goes back down to my normal temp. However i have spoken to multiple doctors and they think its a sinus infection and stuff.. however now im starting to think what if im pregnant? I had unprotected sex on the 16/17 of march and it was the last days of my period basically. Could i be possibly pregnant?? Please help me out here.
