Skyla IUD

So I just got my first IUD last week and I just have a few questions about it for anyone else who's gotten Skyla.

In the first few months was there any difference? I know it's a hormonal IUD and I'm curious if you had any mood swings from it? Is sex different after getting a IUD? After getting skyla did you have random bleeding? And this one is a silly question... But did you still have him use a condom after getting it? I know it's 99.8% protective but I just can't wrap my head around not having protected sex... Sorry about the long post!
