Someone please help

I don’t get how this is a sexually transmitted disease (that’s what I keep seeing online) HPV?

I don’t have warts anywhere else on my body only on one foot thats it and I’ve had it shortly

I’m just more scared on how it’s a sexual disease

Can anyone please help with information

My feet have been very dry lately too idk why I’ve been moisturizing too but idk what’s going on
