I can hear my heart when laying down??

It’s like my heart is pounding in my head and I can hear it beating in my ears. 
Is anyone else experiencing this?

Yes, only in my right ear though?!😑😂 On days I stay more hydrated, it is waaayyyy better so I just keep chugging water lol

Yes, it’s just from the increased blood flow. My heart races randomly as well.
