Preemie congestion

Hi! My baby was born 30 weeks and was discharged but seems to be congested really bad and nurses said it would go away but has not. She had the feeding tube in her nose so that’s what caused it. She’s currently 3 months.

I have tried saline drops,humidifier, nose bulb, frida nose suction, and shower Steam.

Her pediatrician said to keep trying with saline drops and nose suction and see how she does. She already had an x ray and nose swab to check for infection and all cane clear.
