Any gynaecologist here??

I am so worried. I really need help but due to covid19 my hospital aren't taking any new patients ATM.

I found a small lump on my cervix which my doctor checked there's also been bleeding after sex/bleeding randomly for a few weeks and abdomal pain. I have been referred to gynae but the consultant doesn't think it's urgent so will have to wait.

Also I just gave birth 11 month ago.

I'm so worried this is cancerous and it's going to spread. I haven't had a smear in 8 year but got one recently and it's said this. Which has made it more worrying. Please if someone has had something similar can you give me your experience?
