Anyone know about endometriosis

Just seeing if anyone here has had experience or knows of a close one who has. I had stage2 removed and I thought things would be better afterwards but they have gotten worse my periods was already rediculiously heavy and clotty to wich they are even worse now my pains are more often now and they are all through my cycle not just period I'm still ttc aswell 3 years counting
