ARBONNE -help-

This post is about Arbonne shakes. And I need advice.

So in December I weighed about 130 & I am 5’2. I stopped breastfeeding my 2.5 yr old son in December. Since then I’ve packed LBS on. I am now 147 and my weight will not budget.

I work out about 4 times a week, I eat out about 2 days of the week, I cook the other days & it’s usually pretty healthy foods. My down fall is sugar so I will have either flip yogurt at night or a granola bar.

Soooo I turned to Arbonne shakes each morning. With almond milk & 1 whole banana. I also take Arbonnes cleanser, a fizz stick, super greens & probiotics/fiber every single morning.

WHAT THE HELL AM I DOING WRONG? I’m so over these extra lbs. 😓😓
