12 dpo light bleeding

When I was 10dpo I lost some pink discharge. Yesterday at 11dpo it was a darker color and later that day it became red. I did a pad in my underwear but there was almost nothing on it. I thought that my period was started. This morning I went to the toilet, and after wiping I had a bit red blood on it. Normally my period is already going on and I lose a lot of blood. But this time it's almost nothing. I wear a pad, but I only have some blood after wiping. I hope it's an implantation bleeding and not my period. I check it every time. Who else had this? I think I'm gonna wait a couple of days, and I hope the bleeding stops. And after that I'm gonna test. It's been 9 months after my miscarriage, and never had this bleeding like this before.
