Please help me

So I had a c section in December and ever since my periods have been EXTREMELY heavy. I've been a+e once in February but he said it could be hormones. But its now april and still severe. For example forom 7am to around 10 am I leaked through 2 tampons and had to change my pants twice. I leaked on the bed. My tampon is soaked within an hour. The other day I was scared to leak so I wore a tampon, a pad and 2 pairs of underwear I still leaked.. is this just my periods now? Are they always gonna be extremely heavy or what
