What is this?

Question

I don’t get my period until 2 weeks from now and I have missed a few birth control pills but I’ve also been having unprotected sex. I got off my period on the 29th and started having unprotected on the 30th of May and I’ve missed a total of 6 pills from then until today (April 12). 
There’s no clots, light cramping, and last night it was way lighter than this color. I took a pregnancy test 2 days ago and it was negative. 
Could it be implantation bleeding?
Could it be breakthrough bleeding?
Or did my period just come early?

Please help!
Update: it stopped. The bleeding only lasted a day. What does it mean?

Breakthrough bleeding / starting period. Normally breakthrough bleeding is a little lighter but it varies from person to person... implantion bleeding is very very light pink and barely there so that’s way to dark and heavy for implantion bleeding.  I’d probably say starting period early since you missed a few pills. However if your wanting to avoid an unplanned pregnancy id suggest taking it regularly/ set an alarm or possibly switch to a different type of birth control such as iud, patch, nuva ring. That doesn’t need to be taken everyday. Also should use so extra protection for stds and pregnancy but up to you. I switched from pill for that exact reason cause I’m horrible with remembering. Happens to everyone best of luck tho.
