Update: My husband keeps saying weird things

Update: we are in the hospital and the doctors do not know what is wrong with him. They have done a cat scan, chest X-rays, blood work, pee sample, and next they want to do a spinal tap. He is still talking crazy. Please pray for him.

My husband woke up on Friday very sick throwing up. He was fine Saturday until we went to bed and he was like kinda talk/laughing in his sleep and now Sunday he has a fever and is saying weird things that aren’t making since. We are sharing a phone right now and when I woke up and came down stairs he said he lost the phone in the couch after he was texting his friend. We were searching for it and gave up. I then found the phone a little later upstairs on my side dresser where I left it before we went to sleep last night. Then we were watching a movie and he said (taking about the actor) “he called last night and I had to help him edit a video and scripts” and I said what are you talking about and he said “that’s why I was up all night last night” (he fell asleep before me and was asleep last night). Then just now he said “well now you can’t get another one ever again” and I said what are you talking about and he said “those things you like” and I was like what are you talking about and then he was all confused. We are in our mid 20’s so idk what’s going on with him. Should I take him to a doctor if he keeps talking weird?
