Hello there 3rd trimester!

This has been one heck of a pregnancy compared to my first. From being hospitalized for a month to not being able to be off medication because my Crohns won’t stop flaring, to the awful side effects of these meds...I’m so lucky that my little boy is growing on track. First pic was me just getting home from the hospital and I’d lost so much weight from not being able to eat. This pic is today with a whole lot of weight gain from the steroid I have to be on :(.
