Anyone else have a crap ton of sexual dreams and orgasms in their sleep while pregnant??

So I am not one for having sexual dreams just because it’s never been a part of my sleep life but ever since I got pregnant I have been having the worst issue with random sexual dreams and even orgasming in my sleep! Never had that experience before and I wake up so embarrassed. No I’m not touching myself or anything else in my sleep it’s just spontaneous and I have no control over it!! I’d love to stop it because I have a high risk pregnancy and had surgery so even an orgasm is dangerous... but I can’t help it 😩
