breastfeeding make you lose weight or gain weight?" /> I've heard that it's made some gain & some lose weight, ya know cause everyone is different. I'm currently nursing & I love that it's good for her & gives her everything she needs but it'd be nice if it were beneficial to me as well in the weight loss area.

I lost all the weight.  My doctor told me that breastfeeding burns 500 calories.

I lost with my baby. She bf 3months then had torticollis and i couldnt pump and keep up for her so we started.mixing bm and formula then switched to formula. This time around im going to workout do my ww program and bf to lose the weight :)
