Needy and Picky boyfriend??

So me and my boyfriend have been together for 6 months and since quarantine I just wanna game all day all night and really not care and get got upset. We started on a little schedule and it's been going good but whenever I miss something he just bashes me down about how I dont care. It's just really upsetting and I have panic attacks over it and I'm just really nervous all the time
