Second miscarriage

Jus let our eight week checkup everything up until this moment was fine saw the heartbeat two weeks ago now nothing and they are telling me I am going to miscarry again for the second time this year because they can't find the heartbeat and baby hasn't grown. I feel lost hurt confused and completely helpless . Why is this happening to me I would have been eight weeks today
