Weight loss help needed (pcos)
I am desperate need of help. I am trying to get in better shape after having my daughter. Now that I have more time back to myself I started max 30. I have been doing that plus keto plus tracking my calories but still no change. I am in week 4 of insanity and still do not see a difference. I am getting pretty discouraged :/. I know it doesn’t happen over night but I feel like I should see something by now. I also have pcos which I also know that makes it hard as well. I am eating between 1100-1200 calories a day, I track with my fitness pal. Any advice? Here are my before and after pictures so far.
