Anyone from Louisiana or Texas

Anyone from Louisiana how is child support case. I’m a single mom and my son has disability issue. I’m not married to the father of my son. But wonder who the judge would give custody to the mom full custody or sharing custody with the dad? I’m waiting for the court date.

What about in Texas? If you’re not married to the father of kids then who the judge give custody? Sharing or full custody to the mom?
