Anyone have experience with this?

So my AF is due next Wednesday. I’ve had terrible bloating and gas for the past week. Increased appetite for sure! I am now having some wicked pain in my ovaries, specifically the left one. The pain almost drove me to the hospital. With my youngest son I ended up in hospital with terrible pain, which I thought was lower back pain. It was to early to test for pregnancy, but it turned out I was pregnant. The doctor advised me to get a shot to eliminate pregnancy, my levels were low, they thought it was ectopic. I declined the shot and had a healthy baby boy who is now 6. Maybe I’m experiencing the same thing as I did with him. My mood is pretty awful and short tempered, which made me think AF is coming. I also have heartburn which started up last week, pretty badly. Not sure what to make of all of it.
