Guys, is this a Positive LH?

I have SmileReader and it says I’m measuring 9.1 LH out of 10. 
But regardless of that, would you consider this positive? Or on the way? Mind you, it was measuring 6.5 LH early this morning.

I have smile reader too! I’ve never caught mine at a full 10, my surge isn’t long enough. I’d consider that positive!
