TTC again after fetal abnormality

My baby had a cystic hygroma with fetal hydrops which we lost at 11 weeks back in December. They saw it at my first ultrasound. Chromosomes were fine so they believe it was a structural defect. Husband really wants to start trying again but I’m so terrified. His cousin unfortunately lost her baby at 8 months due to HELLP syndrome. I’m seeing more and more stories of people loosing their babies. I know with every pregnancy, you’re taking a risk, but I’m simply not ready.

Anyone else going through this?
