Herpes

Hi.. so last week I had unprotected sex with someone for the first time. Today I was noticing that I was really itchy along my bikini line (didn’t think anything of it because I always get itchy and irritated a few days after shaving). While I was itching I felt a few small bumps and decided to check it out in the mirror. I can’t tell if it’s just razor rash/ irritated from itching/ ingrown hairs.. or maybe herpes. Please help...
