I made a simple chicken and onion stir fry over Jasmin rice for dinner tonight. My Hubbys fave. He's Laotian and we eat rice almost every night!! Him and the kids will never get tired of it!! Anyways what's your go to meal for breakfast lunch or dinner? And the recipe! ! Ready, set, go!! Tonight's was
2 thinly sliced chicken Breasts
3 garlic cloves
3 tbsp corn oil
2 table spoons of oyster sauce
a few shakes of fish sauce
a few shakes of seasoning sauce (soy sauce)
1 tsp of sugar
1 to mushroom boulon
1 yellow onion sliced
Add chopped garlic heat that up and add the sliced chicken then add all ingredients except for the onions.
Saute until cooked then add onions and saute a little longer and your ready to eat!
I also add sliced bell peppers green onions and thai chili peppers but the Hubbs only wanted onions tonight!
