Pregnancy after miscarriage

This was my first pregnancy and my first miscarriage and I was 7weeks4days and I miscarried about a month ago. And a week after I finished bleeding I had sex then my doctor said I had ovulated the my cycle went back to normal so I've been having sex with out condoms. And I had blood work done to see if I was pregnant but it hasn't come back yet and I don't know if to go buy some tests yet. But is it possible to become pregnant again so fast? Thanks.
